Need Expert Advice about my Galaxy A30 🙁😐

My Samsung Galaxy A30 is not booting up. When i try to switch it on it shows Samsung Galaxy A30 and Android logo but a red colour message in the upper left corner (Could not do normal boot. Invalid kernal length.) And turn off again. I have never root my phone never installed any 3rd party apps expect from Google play store. No virus nothing else. I am worried 😟. Need expert advice.

Bro I advıce to take it to customer care center
They see it and then tell you what happens.

Is you phone support RAM PLUS ➕ feature?

Nahi yeh android 11 pe us mein nahi krta support ram plus. 2nd main ne phone buhat care se use kiya kabi pangy nahi leye na hi koi extra chez ki jis se virus aye

Keyon mere sath dosre phone yehı howa tha ke wo jaldi se off jata jab battry change kerhı tu sahı hogeya.
