Navigation bar blacks out

When you open an app there's a black portion gor the navigation bar(pic 1). 

After you close the app the navigation bar combines with the home screen(pic 2).

But Occasionally the black portion stays in the home screen too(pic 3).

Facing this problem frequently nowadays.

Yes, same problem got my friend having M21 device...this black bar stays in navigation buttons untill being restarted the device.

It's a glitch. Try to clear cache and data of One UI Home.
