NON-RESPONSIVE SAMSUNG A72 SCREEN.

My Samsung galaxy A72 has this on going problem. The screen occasionally becomes unresponsive forcing me to force reset.

Even after I followed every tutorial that doesn't require me to physically open up the phone.

What I have noticed:

• After this new 6.1 UI update the problem(unresponsive screen)started.

• The unresponsive screen problem occurs less when at home with good internet.

• Sometimes when I whipe my screen (over the sensor too) while on and working, the screen will freeze.

• I'm not the first victim to this problem.

• Clearing cache doesn't work fixing the issue.

I'm hoping it's a hardware problem, because I can fix it then. If it is a software problem, I'll have to wait for a update that fixes it.

Yet again, I haven't opened up the phone, yet, but I hope it doesn't come to that.

I really hope this doesn't get kicked under the rug. If this gets fixed it can save this beautiful product of a phone.

Samsung, please help. God bless.

I found the problem and fixed it.
It was the flex cable. It was bent and damaged.
