I am using Vodafone Sim and found network issue in F62, even internet speed is very much slow, Samsung kindly look into matter and resolve via update.

Also there is heating issue is F62, I was redmi user, but disappointed by these two issues.

Kindly resolve it ASAP.

Check background apps running and eating battery. Try to put those apps in deep sleep. Heating issues are prominent in Samsung devices especially with Exynos processor. Wait for the upcoming updates to fix it or visit service centre if you got a faulty device.

Apps are not running still battery issue, what is update on network issue.. visiting the service center is no solution as lockdown.. one more thing I checked my device it had scratch on back side and found one small piece of wood stick.. is it like flipkart or samsung is reselling defective products ?
