Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app, and Samsung will add/fix it in the next update. To do that, follow this procedure
Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix by Samsung team soon. As per your concern, we want to inform you that while 5G devices work with both LTE and 5G networks, they may consume more battery and generate more heat compared to LTE devices. High-speed processing for heavy data can lead to increased energy usage and device heating. If your device gets too hot, our safety algorithm may limit performance and switch to 4G temporarily to prevent overheating. This is normal and helps maintain device performance.

In this case, please wait for the device to get cool down for a while and then use the device again. If the 5G device gets cooled down to a specific temperature, the device will connect to the 5G network again.

However, please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concerns.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

Ye same problem A55 me bhi h. Mere paas A52s h usme ye problem nhi h. A55 me jbse maine eSIM pr switch kiya h tb se ye proble aa rhi h, physical SIM me ye problem nhi thi. Ye throttling issue h
