Restart your smartwatch.
1. Press and hold the Home button.
2. Select Power off.
3. After a few seconds, turn it back on by pressing and holding the Home button.
Turn your mobile device off for 20 seconds and then turn it back on.
Should this fail, On your mobile device, clear the cache of the Galaxy Wearable app (this may be named 'Samsung Gear'). This won't delete any data.
Please note: the below steps may differ on your device, depending on your model and operating system.
To clear an app's cache:
1. From the home screen, select Applications.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Applications.
4. Swipe right to All.
5. Select the application you'd like to clear.
6. Select Clear cache.
Please note: this should not remove any saved data.
