My samsung a03 core still didn't get android 12

I buy samsung a03 core when i see that it gets the android 12 but my phone still work with android 11 how can i update it?

Samsung A03 core got android 12 already in July 2022

A03 core has received the update. Please visit settings scroll down to updates and click on update.
