Replace your charging cable and test again. If your phone has a type C port just rotate the cable when you plug it I to your phone.

Just update youre phone more often and manage youre apps.

First things first, go to Diginotics in the members app and see if the phones battery is "good" then you can trouble shoot in battery settings.
