First, report the error through the Samsung Members app with log files within the 30min of the issue happened. That will make it easy for them to find a solution.
After an upgrade, it's recommended to reset your device. Otherwise, there may have app incompatibilities. If the reset doesn't fix your matter contact the nearest customer service centre to wipe firmware and install again.
