yes J7 2015 and a7 2016 Have reported this error..and it's happened due to manufacture defects of Samsung super amo led display...to resolve this problem you have only ome way change the display if your phone have warranty you will get free replacement...and i have the same problem in my j7 2015 and in my warranty period samsung rplaced my phone to new j7 2015 after 12 months the new phone have same problem when am contact to Samsung service center he refused to change it free of cost bcz the warranty period is expired...

1 Adjust the brightness of the device then check it (Setting-->Display-->Brightness) 2 "Disable the " Show Screen Updates" option in developer options or completely disable the Developer options."((Setting-->Developer options(If its available & highlighted)-->Show Screen Updates)) 3 Check third party application if downloaded recently, Post which issue occurred. Then, check in Safe Mode. 4 If in Safe mode problem is still existing we advise you to create the Data back up & Factory Reset the device.
