My front camera error on the A05 need help

After updating to one ui7.When I try to use my front camera it crashes the app and shows the error in the screenshot,

The FAQ tips are not helping 😑 and even did a factory reset any help even some possible causes for this

Self diagnosis didn't work either?

No it also doesn't take a picture and flags it as a problem

If you did a factory reset i am not sure myself unfortunately

Did you cleared the cache or just remove data for the camera app by long pressing it.

If all fail, Reboot your phone to safe mode and open the camera again but in safe mode .If the camera is fine in safe mode you will know that the issue is caused by another external app which is using the camera so they conflict.

If it persists in safe mode as the same issue then I think it's software level issue and I have no knowledge it that level.

I tried all of those things as written in the FAQs I think it could be a rare software glitch or something I might have to pay a crazy amount of money to have it fixed🤦
