If your fingerprint sensor is not showing up on your device, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try before contacting customer care:

*Troubleshooting Steps*

1. *Restart your device*: Sometimes, a simple reboot can resolve the issue.
2. *Clean the fingerprint sensor*: Dirt, dust, or moisture on the fingerprint sensor can prevent it from working. Clean the sensor gently with a soft cloth.
3. *Check for software updates*: Ensure your device is running the latest software. Go to _Settings_ > _Software update_ > _Download and install_.
4. *Reset fingerprint data*: Go to _Settings_ > _Lock screen_ > _Fingerprint_ > _three dots_ (⋮) > _Reset fingerprint data_.
5. *Disable and re-enable fingerprint recognition*: Go to _Settings_ > _Lock screen_ > _Fingerprint_ and toggle off _Fingerprint recognition_. Wait for a few seconds and toggle it back on.

*Contacting Customer Care*

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you can contact Samsung customer care for further assistance:

1. *Visit the Samsung website*: Go to the Samsung website ((link unavailable)) and click on _Support_.
2. *Call Samsung customer care*: Find the customer care number for your region on the Samsung website.
3. *Visit a Samsung authorized service center*: If you prefer in-person support, visit a Samsung authorized service center near you.

Remember to have your device's serial number and proof of purchase ready when contacting customer care.
