Galaxy A1. Enable Background Data for Bixby Go to Settings > Apps. Find and tap on Bixby Voice. Tap on Mobile Data. Make sure "Allow background data usage" and "Allow data usage while Data saver is on" are both turned ON. 2. Disable Power Saving Mode
Sometimes Power Saving Mode limits Bixby’s functionality over mobile data.
Pull down your notification panel and turn off Power Saving Mode. 3. Check App Updates Open the Galaxy Store. Tap Menu > Updates. Ensure Bixby Voice and Samsung Mobile Services are fully updated. 4. Reset Mobile Network Settings
If the above didn't work, try resetting your network configuration (this won't delete your photos or files):
Go to Settings > General management. Tap Reset > Reset mobile network settings. Tap Reset settings to confirm.
Note: If you are using a VPN or an Ad-blocker app while on mobile data, try disabling it as it might be blocking Bixby's connection.

Galaxy AThank you for your message and for reporting the issue with Bixby not working on mobile data for your Galaxy A55.
Here are steps based on official Samsung support guidance to help resolve Bixby connectivity issues on your device:
- Make sure mobile data is enabled and working normally for other apps. You can also check mobile network settings and reset them if necessary: go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset mobile network settings. This can help resolve network configuration issues that might affect app connectivity.
- In Settings > Apps > Bixby Voice, tap Mobile data and ensure that Allow background data usage and Allow data usage while Data saver is on are turned on, so Bixby can use mobile data unrestricted.
- Turn off Power saving mode, as it may limit background data and restrict Bixby performance.
- Make sure your device software, Bixby Voice app, and Samsung Mobile Services are updated to the latest versions via Galaxy Store.
- If you use any VPN, ad blocker, firewall, or network-related apps, try disabling them temporarily on mobile data, as they may interfere with connectivity.
These steps are aligned with Samsung support recommendations for connectivity and app behavior on Galaxy devices.
If the issue continues after completing the above steps and Bixby still does not respond over mobile data, we recommend visiting the nearest authorized Samsung service center for further inspection:
