My brand new Samsung galaxy A24 didn't show any setup process

I unboxed my brand-new Galaxy A24 and turned it on for the first time. Without showing a setup screen it showed me the lock screen. I went to settings and reset the phone. After that, it showed a setup process.  The phone came with the seal and polythene-wrapped box. I bought the phone from a Sri Lankan mobile store and they told me they import phones from UAE. Can anyone tell me why it didn't show me the setup process when I turned it on for the first time?

Polythene and stickers can be faked. Every Samsung comes with a setup process

It seems the store might have set up the phone before selling it to you, which is why you didn't see the initial setup process when you turned it on.
