My Samsung Galaxy A51 stuck at Galaxy Logo

Hi,

My samsung A51 stuck at Galaxy Startup Logo. I reinstalled the firmware but still issue. Then I go to a repair shop. I think he reball the EMMC. The issue was resolved but after 1 week the lower volume button starts malfunctioning. Now my phone is RESTARTING again and again. What should I do?

I have Samsung j4 u9 .and in Pakistan there is PTA text on that .So if anyone knows about the text so inform me plz
