My Samsung Galaxy A50 Battery Adapter issue

A50 Battery Adapted Not Working.No Physical Damage.But When I went To The Service Centre For A new.. they told Me I need to give them my mobile inorder to order the new battery adapter.. it will take one week to get the adapted.. I don't want to give them my mobile for one week.. please help

I don't think if they want to order new adapter they need your set to be left with them. It is not making any sense.

Its their policy they keep handset with them even in case of data cable issue also

yes he is right.....or you can do one thing mail it to samsung or call customer care & say they are not giving me adapter under warranty & asking for money they will con call with them
