My Samsung Galaxy A20s is heating up and is draining battery too fast.

Pls help.. I bought the phone in new condition seal packed around a month ago, all of a sudden it's heating up and losing all the battery.. No 3rd party apps are installed and yes no app is taking any location services or background data.

check for any charger damage. make sure to keep phone off of high temperature surfaces. In this season of summer, almost all devices tend to heat up.
