My Samsung A505F/DS can't get Android 10 One UI 2

Guys, I have been checking if I can update my Samsung Galaxy A50 but it always shows that the system is update while it is still on android 9. 

Can you please help me????

1. Download Smart switch in your PC and download the app on your phone, 2. connect via USB, select "more" > preferences > software update,
3. install Android update from there

download the android 10 file and use odin to put the phone on 10
