My Mic problem in Samsung Galaxy A71

My Mic is not working other member did not hear my voice on zoom or other video meeting Samsung Galaxy A71. Kindly guide us

I think its your hardware problem, if it is in warranty then you should claim it.

uncover the upper mic which is located on the top side of mobile.

upper mic hole will be blocked with any gel paper so clear the mic hole with help of needle or a pin.
