Was there any physical damage? If so please visit a samsung centre.
If you have 120Hz display please use 60Hz and report the difference, moreover, of the flickering increases or decrease proportional to brightness please provide that information.
If not, please run a diagnostic test by the samsung members app or by dialing *#0*# in the phone app (Calling app) then click on red, blue, green and black individually. If you see a problem I.e flickering then visit a samsung centre.
Most probably this is a hardware defect or fault. Please visit a samsung centre and report the issue.
