My Galaxy A7 2018 hangs in setting

Dear all: 

I have updated my Samsung galaxy A7 to android version 10. science I updated it all things are running very good but only when I go to Setting it hangs there and running very very slowly even I can't change setting.

Please be assured and to resolve this issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1) Check device cache: Settings >Device care >Storage > Clean now.
For a particular application: Settings > Apps > Pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage > Clear Cache.
