My A72 not charging with its original charger

Original charger works when Fast charging option in phone are off..otherwise its showing but not increasing the charging percentage only decreasing

Ap jis time mobile charge karen recent clear karen (all apps close), mobile clean karen, wifi, data off rakhain.

Go to Reset and reset all settings.
If the issue still doesn't resolve, do a factory data reset and the issue will be resolved
