I called Samsung 24*7 line after this post and they told me to keep clearing cache and for speaker issue they said if it happens in safe mode visit the service center or it is an app
I'll try when it happens again
Bruh Samsung service dope.
So my phone screen and battery was broken when someone smashed it
I fixed it by visiting an authorized service center
Since then my phone hangs suddenly
Also my speaker stops working like it doesn't work for videos, calls, or anything until I restart
It's annoying.
Any solution?
Edit : am new to this app but I figured out after posting this how to check my speakers
So my speakers and microphone are unable to check.
you can check it manually by Samsung members app...get help section ...if problem persist then again visit service center, it's may be happened during replacement of display
