I have a problem with my a20 phone if i try to swipe and press a button the swipe goes back it's like i can only do one thing swipe or use the button and i cannot use both
Go to settings > display > switch on Touch sensitivity.
Try to soft reset your device: hold and press the volume down and power button on your device for 7 to 10 seconds.
Kindly try to restart your phone in Safe Mode: First, completely power off the phone. Then, power on the phone and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold down the Volume Down key. If done correctly, "Safe Mode" will display on the bottom left corner of the screen. If "Safe Mode" does not appear, repeat the steps above.
To exit Safe Mode, simply restart your phone and it will reboot normally.
