Multi touch issue

Recently I bought A05s but when I try to play codm , my screen gets glitchy when touched with more than 2 finger (like when I aim it doesn't move left and right ) pls help me and is there any one who plays codm 4 finger claw on A05s

i have the same issue too on the a05s can exactly tell how to fix it
