To activate WiFi calling you'll generally find WiFi settings under Settings > Networks & Internet > Mobile network > Advanced > Wi-Fi Calling, where you can then toggle on WiFi calling. You'll find carrier-specific instructions below. Once you activate WiFi calling, you dial or text as usual

Hi mbazima85, kindly follow the steps below

1. From a Home screen, tap the Phone icon. (lower-left). If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display then tap Phone.
2. Navigate: Menu icon. (upper-right 3 dots) > Settings.
3. Tap the Wi-Fi Calling switch to turn on or off. If activating Wi-Fi Calling for the first time.

please contact your Network Service Provider to enquire if you are eligible for Wi-Fi calling.
