Moisture issue

This is too irritating..It shows always on my mobile.I cleaned usb port ..there is nothing in it..but It shows when I connect the charger. Please help me ..

Possibilities are that while your port was wet you plugged in charger, and the charger got some moisture as well, and now you removed moisture from phone, but it's still on the cable.
Btw, whenever this happened with me, i put my smartphone on window upside down for a minimum of 30 minutes so that there will be no moisture left.

If it is showing this warning then there might be moisture inside the port. You can wipe the inside of the port with a thin cloth or paper and then plug the charger to be on the safe side
