Hi... Sithum,
First, put a different sim card on your device and see... so we can make sure the issue is not in the sim card.
Give a reset to your device and see... Still you have the issue, contact a Samsung service center. 😊

Have you tried upgrading the sim or have u got it changed recently, and how long have you being using the same Mobitel sim card ?

Try these methods.
1. Try switching sim 1 with sim 2 and sim 2 with sim 1.

2. Try the Mobitel sim with another device insert it and check whether it works.

3. If the sim is a bit old Try contacting the network provider and get a new sim to the same number.

4. If all else fails Try resetting your device
Settings > About phone > scroll down and search for Reset > then do a factory data reset to clear all the unwanted apps that are causing this issue

5. If still getting the same issue then definitely a hardware problem you need to take it to an authorized service center. Check the device and have that part replaced.
