Go to settings > about > reset > reset mobile network settings.
Again about > reset > reset WiFi and blue tooth settings
Now settings > Connections > mobile networks > VoNR on SIM.
If this reply answered your query please tap 3 vertical dots to the right of my reply and tap "Resolved/Accept as a solution". Thank you

You need to turn on data switching and back up calling in setting. If you are using airtel or jio then there is no option to enable volte

That is a bug in android 15. No way by default.
But, install the netmonster app (only phone permission) is enough. Open that app and tap the 3 dots on the bottom right (or top right). Choose phone info and wait for 15 seconds. Here, choose the network mode as LTE only.
Go to the recent apps menu. Force stop the netmonster app and remove the netmonster app and the phone app from the recent list.
LTE only will stay till your phone is restarted. If restarted, follow the above procedures again.
Do the same for VoNR and test outgoing calls. If you cannot hear voice in the VoNR calls but stays silent, better use VoLTE or 4G only for voice.
Other illiterates replying here do not know this feature.
