I made a huge mistake buying Samsung Galaxy A34 5g. This phone is lagging, video camera is shaky and phone is not smooth. I advise people not to buy this phone. We get many phone with better specifications at this price in the market.

Yes I have latest software update, android 13 with Feb security update. I did all suggested in YouTube and internet but the problem is same. I think I have to go to service center to solve the problem. I am using Redmi phone also but Samsung made me wrong to choose this worst phone.

In addition to Salmanul's points, there are a couple of other things you could try too.

Here within the Samaung Members app, you have an option to run diagnostics on your phone. It's available in the Discover section of the app, just above the Benefits. It is also available as the main option within the Support section in the Samsung Members app.
It will run through all the functions and even alert you in case there's a lot of memory that's being blocked by apps, which are sleeping or not used for a while.

Now specifically with regards to the camera, if it's actually shaky when you see the video playback and since you have recently bought it, you could reach out to one of Samsung's official Service Centers found across the country. They'll help out in case it's a hardware issue.

It's always possible that's it's a very minor issue at the root of this. Hope this gets sorted soon... and if you do get a solution from our suggestions or even if nothing works, please do let us know as well.

I think lens of camera is shaky as it has OIS. When I switch to video from camera mode, camera starts shaking before recording and become stable when I strat recording. I have a doubt it is a hardware issue. But this is new phone and it has issue like this. Big disappointment choosing Samsung phone. I have Redmi Note 9 pro and redmi is far better than this samsung.

If you're experiencing shaky OIS features on your Samsung device, it's best to visit an authorized Samsung service center for a thorough check-up and the information you need.

I purchased the Samsung A34 5G in May. So far, I haven't encountered any issues. However, for the past few weeks, I've been experiencing the same problem as you. The screen shakes severely when recording. Has the issue been resolved on your end?
