Microphone issue

I'm using galaxy A32 . I've a Problem that whenever I put my call on speaker my microphone disconnected so the other person on the call couldn't hear my voice..plzz resolved this issue

Happens if theres a transmitter latency. Same thing on handsfree؟

I guess there's dust on my 2nd microphone buz yesterday I clean it with a brush it start working
