Mic not working sometimes A71

Sometimes my phone mic is not working, if I restart the phone then it is working. I'm forced to restart my phn every time when it is not working. I'm tired of it.

I have faced this issue in my samsung a71 only solution is to factory reset your phone,then you will not face any mic issue.
Before formating your take backup of all your data by using smart switch application.

Factor reset is temporary solution after sometime you will have been face the same problem
