Media Speaker Volume Reduction problem

I have Samsung A 71 i have facing the problem after update 

Security patch level October 1

I problem is that After playing video or any media The media Speaker Volume Reduced when ever check the volume bar is Full but Sound Reduces automaticaly Please anybody hqve solution of this
