Galaxy AEg a charger basically support 10 w 15 w 27 w etc
So even if you put it at 64w it will charge at the available output bellow 25w eg 15w or 10w
And i will suggest to charge your Device with the original charger, in some rare occasion it is okay but continuously using it may damage battery.

Galaxy ADear Samsung member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your query, we want to inform you that all devices have different and specific features depending on the hardware and software, and as per the product manual your device supports a 25-watt charger adaptor, so we recommend always using the Samsung genuine charger with your device.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
