If you connect it with 64w it will charge with the lower output provided by the charger
Eg a charger basically support 10 w 15 w 27 w etc

So even if you put it at 64w it will charge at the available output bellow 25w eg 15w or 10w

And i will suggest to charge your Device with the original charger, in some rare occasion it is okay but continuously using it may damage battery.

Unrelated to Samsung, but I had an Asus Zenfone 5z, which supported 15w, and I used a higher watt 25/30W Oneplus charger once. The phone started heating and stopped working the very next day and I had to change the motherboard of the phone because it was fried. Thankfully, it was within the 1 year warranty, so I was saved. I suggest using the same watt or a lower watt if it isn't available but not to use a higher watt charger.

Maximum is 25w in your phone. Use original charger and cable
