So, we're kind a joke to Samsung? While we are looking forward to One Ui 2.1 or 2.5 update, they sent out One ui 3.0 with 4.34 MB update.

Even flagships and newer midrange devices aren't yet updated to One UI 2.1 or 2.5, you are expecting 1 year old A50 to update so soon.. this 4 mb update to the immediately fix some serious issues/bugs from previous update.

Even though it's 1 year old device, it's still eligible to operate with One Ui 2.1 or 2.5. And if it was about fixing a serious bug, we could not assure of future builds. It is not a good thing for Samsung. I appreciate their enthusiasm on fixings bugs. But the main point is customer satisfaction where they have failed to do so. Even the Samsung representatives online aren't fully aware of Samsung products and services.
