If A70 has full manual mode then use least focal length for macro. Except that macro lens can't be added via software. It's a hardware.

Such things can't be provided via software updates, use telephoto lens or external macro lens

1. Macro lens is a hardware end not a software. So cannot be added to any phone if it is not there.
2. You can use pro/manual mode and choose least focusing distance and try to go as close as possible
3. Use an external macro lens from companies such as moment, skyvik, apexel etc
