Low sound of A71

Suddenly sound of my A71 became low. Checked the volume control, equalizers and then switched off the phone and again started the phone. But voice has become low. Whether to factory reset it or any problem with speaker? Was listening the music and suddenly it happened.

 Same problem.  No way if it continues.  Just throw away.  Disturbing stuff.
