still after the update jio is not working properly.
I went 5 times samsung service center but still the problem persist. Everytime they are telling its jio's problem but the same sim works completely fine in other devices.
Its not only in my device every A5/7 2016 having the same problem.

please tell me what to do. I am requesting for the very last time.
Next I will be going to Consumers Forum.

i hv provided log report regarding this bt yr ans is not satisfied. you are requesting thise thing that will not gain some reasone to indentified the result. Do update yr software for this prob otherwise we hv to switch to another company.
