Hello I am a galaxy a30 user. Recently I am facing network issues when I select Jio Sim for internet. Any one has similar issues?

yes i m also facing problems like call drop call disconnect sim become offline. i wrote 2 Samsung but not given any solution

i have issues with jio network in every phone in my house or nearby locality since June 2018 .. and every time i call the customer care they say we will call back soon and you should reset your handset and it will be good to go within 120 days .. LMAO .. that burned my **bleep** though as I just bought the Galaxy S10+
