Jazz error

I am trying to load with scarch card in jazz and it is not working i am entering correct digits but it still say you are using wrong code .

Does it happening to someone else

See weather your card is not used by other once.
Sometime error may occur try later after some time.

Also, see the initial code correctly pressed or not before dailing card codes.

It is correct i used 3 cards and all of them were new but still not working i tried via jazz app, jazz * code and also with help center but still not working

And report the jazz customer care Unit (center)
