JUST DON'T BUY THE SAMSUNG GALAXY A33 5G

This is not only me. Several users globally have reported the issue of call diversions or no sound in GSM calls in their Samsung Galaxy A33. A phone without calling feature is not a phone.

After I have sent my A33 for repair, changed the mainboard twice, the third time I requested the phone to be replaced but Samsung said it's a software issue and an upgrade had been performed. I did not get my requested information about which software was installed nor did they provide enough information about this issue. I took the phone and still this is the 4th time I still have this problem. My phone has been in the repair center since purchase in May up till September (5 months).

I took the issue to the Ministry of Commerce for enquiry and soon I am filing a case against Samsung after providing reports from another repair center that their software upgrade did no good at all to address this problem.

Anyone willing to get proper advise: DON'T BUY THIS PHONE. Samsung will keep you waiting till your warranty expires. It serves no good to get a pretty looking phone with decent specs but no proper aftersales service.

It is horrible what you're experiencing. I happen to own Galaxy A33 5G, what you have described is disconcerting, although I have not experienced your ordeals I can't dismiss them.

I'm currently using the same phone but haven't experienced non of what you said,but this type of error occurs in almost all phone brands,straight from the manufacturer and its sad that they don't consider giving new phone or refund their clients. Samsung must look into these issue and provide a better service to their client.But anyway thanks for the info.
