Issues with slow charging and short battery life on Samsung Galaxy A01

Content: Hi Samsung Members Community,I'm experiencing issues with my Samsung Galaxy A01 related to charging and battery life. Here are the details:

Issue 1: Slow Charging

• My device takes a very long time to fully charge. Even with the original charger, it takes several hours to reach 100%.

Issue 2: Short Battery Life

• After charging, the battery drains very quickly, even with moderate use. The battery doesn't last a full day without needing to recharge.

Diagnostics Performed:

• I ran the complete diagnostics through Samsung Members, and all 21 functions, including the battery, passed as "normal."

Additional Information:

• I am using the original charger and cable.

• I have checked and installed all available software updates.

• I have tried restarting the device and closing background apps, but the issues persist.

I would like to know if anyone has experienced this and if there are any solutions or tips to help resolve these issues. Thank you in advance for your help!

With reference to your Samsung A01, released in January 2020, it is possible that the reported concerns regarding slow charging and limited battery life may be attributed to the device's age.

Its not just your battery that needs to be replaced its your charging block too hence why its charging slow.My advice is buy a new phone
