Issue with autorestart my a50s

I am use A50s device and I have issue with auto restart In every 2 minutes.  There is  no physical  damage  or any other  damage  in my device. 

Please suggest me for solution.

TRY FORCE BOOT ONCE

Press and hold the volume down key and the power key for seven seconds. 

AFTER THIS CHECK STILL PROBLEM??

Already done in recovery mode deleting wipe data cache and wipe data factory reset but still have restarting problem

I visited Samsung customer care service office they tell me that this is software issue in Samsung a50s Android 11 version

THEN ASK THEM TO DOWNGRADE SOFTWARE OF YOUR DEVICE
11 TO 10 !

Software downgrade is possible at home ?

POSSIBLE BUT RISKY AS SAMSUNG DOESN'T ALLOWS TO
DOWNGRADING BOOT LOADER AND SOFTWARE VERSION
MAY BE IT BRICK PHONE
SO BETTER TO TAKE IT O SERVICE CENTER AND ASK THEM TO DOWNGRADE SOFTWARE VERSION
BETTER WAY!

AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT THIS!
