I am using Galaxy A21s and this device lacks so many features when compared to other A series phones. Full One UI, Secure Folder, Good Lock, carrier aggregation and many many features which other A series phones have except this one. I paid 18k for this device, but what is the use when their is lack of software related features and what is the difference between A21s and other M series devices.
Their are so many people requesting for these features in A21s but we didn't get even a single feature.
When I am asking questions throughthe feedback section, I am not getting any reply from this customer care guys neither did I get reply when I mailed them the complaints.
Samsung is messing up with the customers trust because of this core and full ui.
It is my humble request, please add these features in the next update.
Bro I am not defending Samsung but you should check features before buying. If company hasn't told they will provide in updated then dont buy that phone only.
Yeah I knew about the hardware features, so I bought it. But I never knew that there is a concept of full or core ui. If I would have known about this Samsung's policy, I would have bought another device within the segment.
