Issue in A51 😞😞

After updating my phone Android 11 based ONE UI 3.0, when I scroll down for notification it goes down fully I am not able what notification I got, to see notification I have to do again scroll up,  I anyone else who is same facing issue in A51, Please share your experience.... I have attached video for reference by screen recording.

No, not disaster but there is some bug in the Android11 based ONE UI 3.0 unless everything is working fine, I have already raised some issue to Samsung, they will definitely do something.

I know disaster, but I just want to say when new things come it takes time to be used to, it will be fixed soon, I know Samsung they will do it soon

This seems to be a bug only in your device because I have not seen anyone complain about it.
