Is this manufacturing defect?

I noticed a little gap between frame and back galss pannel in my A55. In one side perfectly fit the back pannel to the frame. But one side is little gapped. I will attach the photos. While I'm using the phone whiteout case some dust particles are stuck on that gap. Then it looks annoying. Please reply those who know, if it's get replacement under warranty. (Manufacturing defects under)

You can apply back side screen protector to stop dusting for now.. just show your device to samsung care. I don't think they will consider it as an issue but possible that they can rearrange the backpanel for you. Just show them

No brother its fine , cuz when something there will be a hardware error how anyone will open your phone to change it?
