I am using my mobile for last 1 year I didn't find this kind of app in my data uses section today I found this app, is this any malicious app or something wrong with my phone?

It's just showing It's data usage. As the app is Uninstalled, it's using a code no instead of name

There is another data uses called removed app I think uninstall app data will show there probably
