Yes it is. Apparently there is little information because these A13s F13s M13s are unique to mostly India. So since we are not in the Indian Members group we cant get the updates. But after a research and googling I did fund iut that they are getting Android 14 and Ine UI 6. Apparently the A13 5G already is getting the Update as we speak.
The 4G A13 will get it Feb hust as the F13 and M13
