Hi ideally this service available in the phone. Not sure your service provider will have it. Anyway just follow the instructions in this link to activate this service

Did you activate VOLTE feature in your device. So you didn't, try these
1. Only dialog and mobite connections can activate volte(dialog-ACT 4GV and send it to 678)(mobitel-you need to contact customer care/hot line)
2. After activated volte turn on wi-fi calling
Finally you will see volte icon changing in to the vowifi😃👍
