I am facing internet issue in my Galaxy A54 5G phone, using dual SIM.

I am facing internet issue in my Jio SIM when using below network configuration:
SIM1 : BSNL Mobile (4G VoLTE)
SIM2: Jio 5G (Vo5G)

And if i use below network configuration i don't face any issues internet works properly:
SIM1 : BSNL Mobile (2G/3G)
SIM2: Jio 5G (Vo5G)

I have raised service request with Jio they have mentioned that there is something wrong with the device.

I have no idea about this because BSNL just started there 4G service in my area, those who are using 4G-4G or 4G-5G and vice versa please help me to fix this issue.

However, the issue does not occur when using your BSNL Mobile SIM in a 2G/3G configuration. we want to inform you that this is the concept with dual SIM phones, where you can see the data on both SIM cards, but you can only use the internet on one SIM at a time. We recommend that you check the network compatibility of your device with both your network providers and make sure that they support the 4G VoLTE configuration.

Thanks for response and i am aware that i can use internet on one SIM at a time, but i face internet issue.
And both network providers support 4G VoLTE.

Have you activated bsnl 4g volte ?
Is 4g volte (bsnl) shown in your device ?
